All orders made on our website are not allowed for cancellation. If you wish to change the delivery date or the product of your order, please contact our Whatsapp customer service +6011-39225379 at least 24 hours in advance. No changes will be allowed if notice is given in lesser than 24 hours. 

If you would like to request for a refund, please ensure to report your case within 24 hours upon receiving your order via WhatsApp +6011-39225379. An investigation will then be conducted and reviewed by personnel of Cake Hub. You will have to present images to support your claim along with your order number and reasons why a refund request is being made. In the event that your case is eligible, a refund or replacement of the order will be made via the payment method used to place the order. Please take note that a refund normally will take around 5 to 7 working days, subjected to the relevant banks. Any request for refund made beyond 24 hours upon receiving order will not be entertained.
