Collection & Delivery Policy

PLEASE READ OUR COLLECTION AND DELIVERY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING FROM US. YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE CONFIRMS YOUR UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THIS POLICY IS APPLICABLE TO ALL ORDERS MADE IN OUR WEBSITE.

Collection Policy

1. Self-pickup Location

Customers may select self-pickup while placing an order. All self-pickup orders need to be collected at our store,
8-G, Jalan Radin Bagus 9, Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

2. Collection time

Same-day collection orders will have to be placed before 4pm to be collected on the same day before 5pm. Orders placed after 4pm will have to be collected at the following day or any other selected day. 

Collections are available from Monday to Sunday, except Wednesday, from 9am-5pm. If orders are requested to be collected after 5pm, additional charges for late collection may incurred.

Kindly take note that when collecting your order, you will have to provide your Order ID as collection verification to collect your cake.

If you have arranged for someone (e.g. friends, Grab Express, Lalamove pick up, etc.) to collect on behalf of you, he/she will need to mention Order ID as collection verification to collect the cake as well.

Delivery Policy

1. Delivery zone and fees

Our delivery fee are charged to customers based on the area of the delivery address provided by customers, with Klang Valley areas categorized into 4 zones (Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D) based on their distance from our location. Delivery fees and any free delivery offer vary by zone. Customers may refer to our FAQ for detail delivery charges, or refer to the given delivery information upon placing an order.

Customers will need to select their Zone when placing an order. If inaccurate Zone is selected, our customer service will inform the customers, and customers may need to pay for the correct amount before the order will be proceeded. 

2. Delivery time

Same-day delivery orders will have to be placed before 4pm to be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered the following day or any other selected day.

Deliveries are available from Monday-Sunday, except Wednesday. If orders are requested to be delivered after 5pm, additional charges for late delivery may incurred.

Deliveries are fulfilled via delivery date and time slots. Deliveries for specific timings are not available due to traffic condition, weather, and any unforeseen circumstances.

Although we strives to deliver your order in the most punctual manner possible, we cannot be held liable if your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control.

Kindly take note that when our third-party delivery partner arrives at the delivery location, they will allocate 10-15 minutes of waiting time. If however, past that there is no one there to receive the cake. Our third-party delivery partner may leave to proceed with their other deliveries and circle back to do yours. In that case, re-delivery charges will be imposed according to the location.
