1. Order Information


Can I order by call?
To save your time and ensure order details accuracy, all orders must be made online and paid by online bank transfer, debit card, credit card, Touch n'Go eWallet or Grab Pay. You may whatsapp Cake Hub customer service at +6011-39225379 for guidance on how to place an order online.


Can I make changes or cancel my order after payment is made?
All orders made on our website are not allowed for cancellation. If you wish to change the delivery date or the product of your order, please contact our Whatsapp customer service +601139225379 at least 24 hours in advance. No changes will be allowed if notice is given in lesser than 24 hours. 

 

How many days in advance is needed to place an order and arrange for delivery?
Cake Hub does have same-day delivery and preorder products. You may check out from each product details. Products with the label "x-day(s) pre-order", with 'x' indicating number of days, require pre-order 1 or more days in advance, depending on the product. Products without the label are available for same day orders.      
 

 

2. Delivery Information

 

Do Cake Hub provide same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for selected areas in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Zone A, Zone B, and Zone C, and it has to be ordered before 4pm daily for the above-stated zone. As for Zone D, the customer is required to place an order before 2pm daily. Customers may check the delivery zone with your postcode after selecting your products.

 

Are there any charges for delivery? How to get Free Delivery?
*Delivery Fee: Zone A: RM10 / Zone B: RM20 / Zone C: RM35 / Zone D: RM45 / Self-PickUp: FOC 
Delivery is FREE for Zone A when purchases above RM99 (applicable to orders through website only). While Zone B and C are FREE when purchased above RM149. Zone D is not applicable for free delivery.  Customers may check the delivery zone and delivery fee with your postcode after selecting your products.

 

Can I order for self-collection?
Yes, you may select self-pickup when you place an order before proceeding to payment. You may also choose to arrange your own driver for self-collection. Our store is located at Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. Address: 8-G, Jalan Radin Bagus 9, Bandar Sri Petaling 57000, Kuala Lumpur. 

 

Where is the delivery coverage area/location?
Currently, Cake Hub delivers only in Malaysia, and is limited to Kuala Lumpur and Selangor (selected areas). Customers may check our delivery coverage areas with your postcode after selecting your products. 

 

What time will my order be delivered and can I specify an exact delivery time? 
Cake Hub delivery time is 11 am - 4 pm every day. Kindly WhatsApp to Cake Hub customer service 011-39225379 to inform your specific delivery time slot. However we are unable to provide an exact delivery time, as all orders are taken out for delivery from one area according to the driver's schedule, and are also subjected to traffic conditions and weather.

 

How do customers track orders or check if the order has been delivered? 
Currently, Cake Hub does not have an automatic tracking system. Cake Hub customer service will Whatsapp you for confirmation after your order has been placed.  Should our Whatsapp customer service did not inform you on your order confirmation, you may Whatsapp us at 011-39225379 to request for an update on your order. 

 


3. Payment Information

 

What form of payment method does Cake Hub offer/accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, online banking, Touch'nGo eWallet and Grab Pay. All online transactions information will not be kept with Cake Hub and are all processed by the most reputable Just Order.Today secured payment gateway.

 

How do I know if my order and payment has been successfully processed? 
You may subscribe for the Whatsapp notification when placing your order to receive Whatsapp confirmation message. You may also contact our Whatsapp customer service 011-39225379 to check if you have successfully placed your orders. 

 

 

4. Others

 

Do Cake Hub deliver to hotels, factories, offices, or houses?
Yes, Cake Hub do provide doorstep delivery to landed house, office, and factory. For hotels and condominiums, Cake Hub will only deliver and drop off your order to the lobby or reception due to the pandemic of COVID-19.

 

Do Cake Hub provide candles and message cards? Is it free of charge?
Yes, we do provide standard pink candles and message cards for FREE. Customers need to select the number of candles before checking out and drop your message below additional comments. 

 

How long can I keep my cake? 
All Cake Hub products do not contain preservatives, cakes are best consumed within 3 days and kept in the refrigerator (2°C - 6°C) at all times.

 

Will a cake box and knife be provided?
Yes, a cake box and cake knife will be provided for all cakes ordered. 

 

Are your products Halal?
All Cake Hub products are 100% alcohol-free and lard-free. All ingredients are properly screened through to ensure our customers can enjoy our food with peace of mind.
